I've spotted on the internet recently a new beauty trend of coffee/ caffine body scrubs, while I know it's probably not the newest idea/ trend, when I see something reviewed a few times, it makes me curious. When I discoverd Sugar Baby and saw they were offering sugar and coffee body scrubs I requested to try some to see what all the fuss about. This brand ticks all the boxes in terms of being CF, and having all natural ingredients in them, secondly the packaging. Shallow, I know, but stuff like this is important. I was really into the packaging, easily resealable and refreshing to not use a bottle and have it take up space in my bathroom. The packaging reminded me of beachy summer days, oh and the shadows in the pictures are a creative decision ;) I've been practising my photography and flat laying... still cant flat lay :/

I was also sent a coconut hair mask to use which I was so grateful for a I've been suffering from a dry flaky scalp recently and cant put my finger on whats causing it so until then, I'll be using this mask to see if it helps. And so far good, it looks and feels exactly like conditioner so no surprises there. After my first use of the hair mask, the dryness had gone down but not completely gone. I only had it on for 3/4 mins as it was my first time using it and wasn't sure if I'd like it, the directions say to leave it on for 5 mins and 10 mins for a more intensive treatment. but overall a good nourishing and hydrating   hair mask. But having used the hair mask for a few weeks now, I really like it. I thought it would run out after two uses, but you do get a lot of use out of it.

As for the Sugar scrub, as soon as I opened the packet, it smelt amazing! Sweet (like coconut) but a hint of chocolate to. It looks and feels more like brown sugar than a coffee scrub but is in no way abrasive and the scent lasts on your body for a good while. The only thing I would say is this stuff is messy. I wouldn't use it if I was in a hurry as I did have to rinse the shower out after I'd used it. Then again, I was really excited to use it so literally grabbed a handful of the sugary goodness and realised it was too much. Dipping your hand in and out as needed will be my method from now on.

Sugar Baby is available online and only at Superdrug (from what I can see) They also have some new products which I'm looking forward to trying, as I have the summer range. But the Esspresso- glow scrub in particular has caught my eye ;)
